With her perspective on culinary tradition, modern consumption, and café culture, she will guide the group through a rich, sensory exploration of what makes a great cup of coffee. They will visit several hand-picked roasters, hear directly from the people behind the beans, and taste their way through different roast profiles, brewing styles, and café atmospheres.
