The courses „Cooking around the World“ are designed for people who want to learn about different dishes from around the world (Indian, Chinese, French, Japanese, Turkish) while improving their spoken English. The five sessions are alternatively taught by two food-lovers, one a professionally trained chef with years of European culinary experience, the other a qualified language lecturer and intercultural trainer who has relocated many classroom lessons to kitchens in the Far East. At each session, the participants will enhance their confidence in using English and cooking with joy, focussing on flavour and health as fundamental in nutrition. All levels from A2+ upwards are welcome.
